The American Parkinson Disease Association will host a program on Parkinson Disease and treatment advances on Tuesday, Jan. 26.

The program is funded by Abbvie.

“This teleconference will provide a scan of the current treatment options for Parkinson’s disease patients, newly released products and a brief review of potential promising therapies in the pipeline,” said Leslie A. Chambers, president & CEO of APDA.

David G. Standaert, M.D., Ph.D., chairman of APDA’s Scientific Advisory Board and John N. Whitaker Professor and Chair of Neurology at The University of Alabama Birmingham School of Medicine, will present this program.
