New employee engagement software released

OnShift Engage, a new cloud-based employee engagement software solution, is designed to measure satisfaction and track employee performance, the company said.

The OnShift Engage platform includes pulse surveys that capture staff feedback, an automated points-based rewards system that tracks and incentivizes employee behaviors so contributions are highlighted and rewarded, and new hire tracking. Managers also can use it to message teams and employees, and to identify areas for improvement.

OnShift Engage uses data from OnShift Schedule, and allows senior living providers to better identify workforce challenges, the company said.

Gallup research has indicated that actively engaged employees create higher profits and better customer ratings.
