MatrixCare CareAssist, a mobile solution for clinicians in long-term or post-acute care, is now widely available, the company said.

The original release combines Point Of Care and eMAR in an application, while future releases will add specialized clinical assessments and care coordination via teleconference.

Real-time services can be documented, and caregivers can increase efficiency by seeing resident preferences quickly.

“MatrixCare CareAssist helps the entire care team understand the unique preferences and clinical condition of each resident and effectively coordinate care to deliver consistent, efficient, resident-centric services in both skilled and non-skilled care settings,” said MatrixCare President and CEO John Damgaard.
