Johnson & Johnson's stair-climbing wheelchair takes a fall

Johnson & Johnson has quietly pulled the nation's first stair-climbing wheelchair from the market, following years of tepid sales. A half decade ago, physicians praised IBOTs for their ability to give the disabled greater mobility. But Medicare would only cover about a quarter of the device's $22,000 cost, which greatly limited sales, according to market observers.
