It is scheduled to include 150 duplexes and carry the name of The Oaks at Hoosier Village. Construction will begin in November, the Indiana Business Journal reported. Hoosier VIllage currently has, among other characteristics, 100 assisted living apartments, 36 memory care rooms and a 77-bed skilled nursing facility.

Construction of the model will begin in November and on the other units next year. The last expansion included three-story Hawthorn Hall, a $34 million expansion that included adding two restaurants and a Wellness Center.
