HealthcareSource, which offers healthcare talent management solutions, said Tuesday it was ranked first in overall vendor performance in the KLAS research report, Talent Management 2013: The Journey Has Begun.
The company was also the category leader in 2012 and 2011 Best in KLAS reports.
It was the only vendor rated “well above average” for money’s worth, the company said, and that more than 84% of clients reported that the company had resulted in a “moderate or significant impact on employee performance/productivity.”
