PointClickCare said it has partnered with gEHRiMed, the creator of the first Stage-2 Certified Electronic Health Record designed exclusively for post-acute care medical providers.
The system will allow real-time patient data exchange between the physician’s EHR at gEHRiMed and the care provider’s PointClickCare EHR.
The joint solution is in response to providers’ request for viewing charts, electronically co-signing and prescriptions and sharing care documentation in connection to physicians, care communities and pharmacies, the company said.
