$100M renovation to start with AL upgrades

Village on the Isle, a continuing care retirement community in Florida, will undergo a decade-long renovation that will cost around $100 million.

The project will begin with a $13 million upgrade of assisted living units, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

A second phase will involve tearing down the Luke Haven facility and building a community center.

RLPS is the project's architect.
