PointClickCare has announced that PointClickCare Version 3.7 is compliant with the ONC 2014 Edition criteria and was certified as an EHR Module.

The announcement, effective as of Oct. 23, 2013, by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology, is in accordance with the applicable ambulatory certification criteria under the Department of Health and Human Services. The ONC 2014 edition criteria “support both Stage 1 and 2 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act,” PCC stated.

"The ONC 2014 Edition criteria offer meaningful upgrades to the prior certification standard. Our approach of delivering the right technology tools at the right time has been a key factor in our ability to maximize value for our customers," said Mike Wessinger, CEO of PointClickCare.
