Optimus EMR Inc. announced the firm will acquire Compudata Health Corporation's billing/financial software systems and customer contracts. “The acquisition will provide Optimus the ability to deliver the best clinical system that is fully integrated with a proven billing and financial system and will allow customers to make one purchase decision from one vendor with a track record for high quality products and exceptional customer service,” according to Robert C. Davis, CEO of Optimus.
