Zeigler has hired Brandon Powell as the director of investment banking in senior living at its Virginia office. He will oversee the Gulf Coast states with Rich Scanlon, managing director of Zeigler’s senior living practice in St. Petersburg, FL.
Powell has worked with senior living and healthcare providers as an investment banker for more than17 years, managing a variety of economic, credit and legal transactions. Previously, he has worked at companies such as BB&T Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and UBS.
Powell graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in government from the University of Virginia. He has also been a featured speaker at various senior living conferences, including LeadingAge.
