Teri Cunliffe
Terri Cunliffe has been named the CEO of Covenant Retirement Communities, the nation’s fifth largest not-for-profit senior services provider. 

She has close to 30 years in senior living, and has worked in a variety of leadership roles at CRC for 27 years. 

Ms. Cunliffe, who has nearly 30 years of senior living experience, has served in a variety of executive leadership roles at CRC. As the organization’s Vice President of Health and Wellness, she created and executed the company’s LifeConnect™ approach to whole-person wellness.

She joined Covenant Village of Golden Valley in 1987, and moved to Covenant of Florida the following year. She became the community’s administrator and later was its executive director.

Cunliffe has been chairwoman of LeadingAge Florida, formerly known as Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. She was named FAHSA Executive of the Year in 1999 and received its chairman’s award in 2005. 

She completed her degree in Long-Term Care Administration from the University of Minnesota, and her master’s degree in health services administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Florida. 

Originally from Minneapolis, she is a dedicated Minnesota Vikings fan and an avid golfer. She resides in Boca Raton, FL, and Evanston, IL, with her husband, Dave.
