Madison Edgar was named account executive for the public relations division of Forté Group, Inc., a Dallas agency that exclusively serves the senior care and seniorliving industry. Edgar will be responsible for handling the company’s social media accounts and mediarelations for several clients.&
Previously, she served as a community advisory board member and the public relations coordinator and for KMFA Classical 89.5, a nonprofit classical radio station in Central Texas. Before that, she worked for National Instruments, The University of Texas at Austin and a boutique public relations agency in Austin. She also was an intern at Bliss Bridal magazine, and volunteered at the Washington County Historical Society for three years.
Edgar earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a certificate in business foundations at The University of Texas at Austin.
