Kristine Callahan was promoted to be the senior director of new development at EPOCH Senior Living and Bridges by EPOCH, based in Waltham, MA.
She will develop a strategic plan for future development and work with the marketing team.
Callahan joined EPOCH in 2014, and was previously the director of community relations at Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee.
She previously was the senior director of community relations at Benchmark Senior Living, and also has been the director of community relations at Comfort Keeps & Senior Health Services and at Emeritus at Cape Cod.
She has attended Clayton College of Natural Health and Cape Cod Community College, as well as worked towards a master-level degree in reiki at Arlington Reiki Associates.
There are five Bridges by EPOCH communities in Massachusetts and Connecticut, with a sixth set to open in August in Nashua, NH.
