Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services has acquired The Sarah Moore Health Care Center Inc., a 32-bed skilled nursing facility in Delaware, OH.

The Sarah Moore HCC offers residents established therapy and restorative programs, 24-hour nursing care, daily activities and a high ratio of residents to nursing aides.  Residents can choose between private and semi-private rooms. The facility is dually certified by Medicare & Medicaid.

“We are proud to be affiliated with OPRS,” Debbie Martin, president of The Sarah Moore HCC Board of Governors, said in a press release. “OPRS shares our dedication to the health and well-being of our residents. They hold a similar philosophy of providing quality care that shows respect for the residents in a loving community.”

OPRS is the largest not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities in Ohio and is headquartered in Columbus, OH. It currently operates 12 retirement communities, including The Sarah Moore HHC.
