A former employee of a Wisconsin nursing home has been charged with a felony after posting a video of a resident to Snapchat, adding to the growing list of workers in hot water over alleged misuse of the popular smartphone app.

Grace Riedlinger, 21, was charged this week after she allegedly posted a video of a 93-year-old resident of Parkside Manor in Kenosha, WI, wearing only a bra. Riedlinger told authorities the woman was playing “tug of war” with her while she was getting her ready for bed, so she decided to record it and post it to Snapchat, according to the Kenosha News.

One of Riedlinger’s Snapchat friends alerted nursing home workers of the video, who called authorities. She has since been fired from the facility and was to be released from custody on the condition that she not return to Parkside Manor or any other nursing home or senior living facility, officials said. Should she violate those conditions, she will be fined $10,000.

This new case follows a December ProPublica report that found 35 incidents of employees posting inappropriate photos or videos of residents on social media.
