Senate fails to provide therapy cap relief

The Senate failed to pass a crucial Medicare bill before it recessed for the Fourth of July holiday. As a result, Medicare therapy caps for Part B therapy were scheduled took full effect again on Tuesday. "We are very dismayed that on July 1 those Medicare therapy caps took [full] effect," says Susan Feeney, a spokesperson for the American Health Care Association.
