A hidden camera allegedly caught the owner of a long-term care facility sexually assaulting a resident with dementia, leading to his arrest in Washington state, according to local news sources.

The family of an 83-year-old resident installed the camera after suspecting mistreatment, according to local reports. Authorities say that the footage shows Laszlo Molnar, owner of the 12-bed Auburn’s Adult Care facility in Auburn, assaulting the woman. Molnar, 67, reportedly was taken into custody Thursday night and charged with second-degree rape.

The Auburn residents, many of whom also have dementia, were relocated to hospitals and are being checked for signs of assault, local CBS-affiliated television station KIRO-7 reported.
