Don’t miss your chance to hear from long-term care industry experts at McKnight’s first Fall Online Expo. Tomorrow is the last day to register because that’s when all three webinars will take place — with opportunities to earn free CE credit for each.

The Expo will feature three separate webcasts, with the exhibition hall opening at 10:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Various experts will discuss essential long-term care issues, such as Minimum Data Set changes and hospital partnerships. Attendees will be eligible for no-cost continuing education credits.

Dale Zaletel, a senior operations consultant and post-acute development strategist, is the featured speaker for the first session, at 11 a.m. EDT. He will discuss integrated care, creating better relationships with other providers and how to successfully navigate the developing healthcare system.

Compliance expert Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, executive director of The Alliance Training Center, will lead the second session at 12:30 p.m. EDT. She will highlight upcoming MDS changes and ways in which providers can prepare.

The final webinar will begin at 2 p.m. EDT and address a list of the top issues “keeping operators up at night.” Matthew J. Murer, chair of the National Health Care Group at Chicago law firm Polsinelli, will identify important operational, survey and fraud issues for operators, and methods for addressing them.

RehabCare, SCA and RF Technologies are sponsors of the day’s sessions. For more information about the event, which is free for attendees, or to register, click here.
