New society aims to develop leaders in senior living
Chief executives in the senior living industry have pulled together private funds to launch a new organization to develop leaders called "AIM: The Society of Senior Living Professionals." The society will accept founding members this fall.
Chaired by Dwayne Clark, chief executive of Aegis Assisted Living, the society will hold leadership seminars, retreats at universities and regional workshops.
Members will have access to Assisted Living University, be invited to participated in teleconferences with industry leaders and get free consulting.
