Michigan nursing home supervisor charged with stealing painkillers
Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox announced Monday charges against a Howell nursing home nurse supervisor for stealing prescription painkillers from hospice patients.
Jeffrey Wolos, 32, who worked at Medilodge nursing home in Howell, faces charges of possessing a narcotic drug, larceny by stealing prescription medication and harmful neglect of a patient because he allegedly diluted prescribed medications for chronic pain.
Prosecutors worked with Howell Police Department investigators on the case and arraigned Wolos last week.
