Beverly Enterprises Inc. is no more. The one-time gargantuan among nursing home providers has changed its name to Golden Gate National Senior Care.

The company was sold to Pearl Senior Care last week. Since then, management has reshuffled leadership positions, created a new name and formed a new operating structure.

Randy Churchey is the newly appointed president and CEO of Golden Gate National Senior Care Holdings LLC, the umbrella management company for the nursing homes and other former Beverly businesses. As part of the new operating structure, four regional presidents – Michael Jeffries, William Meenan, David Mills and Julianne Vink – will become division leaders reporting to Churchey.

Golden Gate National Senior Care’s new board chairman is Ron Silva, the president and CEO of San Francisco-based Fillmore Capital Partners, an affiliate of Pearl Senior Care. Churchey and Chuck Becker, who operates Becker Ventures LLC of Troy, MI, join him on the three-member board.
