New HIPAA milestone for AOD

AOD Software has achieved certification for the 837I EDI Health Care Institutional Claim file in the new HIPAA 5010 format through the Edifecs5010+ certification criteria, the firm announced.

“AOD Software has been diligently working on the specifications for HIPAA 5010 and is proud to be making great strides toward compliance well in advance of CMS's deadline,” said Jean Fullington, the firm's quality assurance manager.
