Nation's largest nursing home association to hold annual meeting in Tampa

Members of the American Health Care Association will gather Sunday through Wednesday in Tampa for the group's 63rd annual convention and expo. Keynote speakers include best-selling business author Jim Collins, who will appear at the opening session. Commander Mark Kelly, the leader of the Space Shuttle Endeavour's final mission and husband of former U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who survived an assassination attempt, will be the inspirational closing session speaker. Before and after these sessions, will be more than 70 educational opportunities, midday exhibit hall hours on Monday and Tuesday, and a variety of networking opportunities.

The AHCA's assisted living arm, the National Center for Assisted Living, will hold its annual conference in conjunction with the parent group's event. For more information on any of the happenings, which will take place at the Tampa Convention Center, click here.
