Mohawk Group sales reps have added a new tool to their repertoire: iPads. These tablet computers will be used to improve customer-service efforts, the firm notes. “The iPad gives our commercial team the ability to tap into all of our internal systems and provide the latest information on-demand,” said Merrie Barnett, director of marketing for the Mohawk Group.
