Medicare Advantage organizations are unresponsive to provider questions, long-term professionals say

Nursing home providers should talk to their software vendors if they are still experiencing problems with MDS 3.0. Vendors are working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to resolve these trouble spots, said Iara Woody, health policy associate with the American Association of Home and Services for the Aging.
