This year's Chef Challenge at the conference of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging featured chefs from Aramark, Morrison, Mather and Sodexo. Each day of the three-day competition, chefs had one hour to cook up a three-course meal with a secret ingredient. The winner was the team from The Mather senior living facility in Evanston, IL.
