McKnight's holds webcast on staffing

Hiring smartly and developing a high-quality workforce were the subjects of a McKnight's webcast held today. 

Kristin E. Charles, assessment scientist in Workforce Selection Services at Kronos Talent Management, spoke, along with senior business analyst Gaye Timiney. McKnight's Editorial Director John O'Connor moderated the one-hour event. Kronos, a workforce management company, sponsored the event.

Charles and Timiney talked about aligning staffing efforts with an organization's objectives, avoiding recruiting mistakes, and learning best practices for developing a high-quality workforce.
