The McKnight’s Fall Online Expo offers three educational webinars on Sept. 9, with each offering continuing education credit. As always, attendance and CE credits are free for attendees. The event comprises webcasts covering compliance, family/resident relationships, and managed care issues at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m., respectively (all times Eastern).

The first session will feature MDS and compliance expert Leah Klusch, with “Compliance in LTC: What you don’t know can hurt you.” Following at 12:30 p.m. (Eastern) will be attorney Matthew Murer delivering “Pain relief: Dealing with difficult family and resident situations.” The final session explores the growing world of managed care, with speaker Susie Mix hosting “7 Simple steps to be profitable in the new managed care world.”
