Life Care Physician Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Life Care Centers of America that places on-site physicians in skilled nursing and rehab centers, has named Stephen A. Wilson its chief operating officer.
Wilson was previously the chief financial officer and vice president of finance for the Potomac Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists. He also worked at Takoma Adventist Hospital in Greeneville, TN; Feather River Hospital in Paradise, CA; Simi Valley Adventist Hospital in Simi Valley, CA; and Adventist Health System/Sunbelt in Orlando, FL.
Wilson earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting at Pacific Union College.
Life Care Physician Services placed its first on-site physician in 2010, and now has 80 full-time physicians placed in buildings in 15 states.
