Paula Sanders, co-chair of the Health Care Practice Group for Post & Schell, will help providers put their survey preparation in the context of the new requirements of participation.
“You’re putting your entire operations at risk if you don’t learn and fully incorporate the new requirements of participation into your everyday lives,” Sanders says. “They have to be enmeshed into your day to day operation, and second nature to all of your staff and partners. The risk is just too great.”
