Larson Electronics Magnalight has unveiled its EPL-RPS-1MLED explosion-proof LED light. It is cart-mounted for easy mobility and can shine light up to 5,000 feet. The portable power supply, from Magnalight, is designed to give operators a cordless method of illuminating hazardous locations.

The unit includes one 150-watt LED light for maximum convenience, and is powered by 140 amp hours of battery capacity. It can operate for more than 11 hours on a full charge. A 100-foot cord is included and the rechargeable system can be charged inside or outside the hazardous area. The copper-free aluminum alloy lamp body is powder-coated for added durability.
