With the 2012-2013 influenza season reaching epidemic levels across the U.S., Kimberly-Clark is continuing to increase production of facemasks and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products in response to increased customer demand from providers nationwide. The firm also recommends that providers take several related precautions. These include flu vaccinations, proper hand hygiene, and covering the mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
