Ruta Kadonoff, VP for Quality and Regulatory Affairs, AHCA

Ruta Kadonoff, MHS, MA, will be the Pioneer Network’s executive director. She begins in February.

She was the vice president of quality and regulatory affairs at the American Health Care Association for five years. Previous positions include work as a program analyst at the Department of Health and Human Services, a director at THE GREEN HOUSE Project, and as the Southeast Regional Vice President at LeadingAge.

Kadonoff completed her undergraduate degree at Catholic University. She finished a master’s degree in health policy at Johns Hopkins University in 1996, and another master’s degree in management of aging services at University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
