Unidine Corporation announced the first of four Elder Care Alliance communities has transitioned to using its services.
It is the first time Boston-based Unidine has appeared in California. Elder Care alliances are in San Francisco and Southern California and focus on skilled nursing, assisted living, dementia care and independent living.
The provider said it selected Unidine based on its commitment to cooking from scratch and using local sourced ingredients.
Unidine’s team is now serving residents at AlmaVia of San Francisco, and will soon provide dining services at AlmaVia of Camarillo, Mercy Retirement & Care Center in Oakland, and AlmaVia of San Rafael.
