FDA orders recall of infusion pumps

The Food and Drug Administration recently ordered Baxter Healthcare Corp. to recall its Colleague infusion pumps. The FDA blames a long history of malfunctions for the decision. The pumps regulate medication and nutrient intake. About 200,000 are currently in use nationwide, according to the government.
