The last day of the McKnight's Online Expo will begin
this morning with a discussion of how long-term care providers can use
information technology to their financial advantage.
Peter Kress, vice president and chief information officer
of ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, will talk about ways that information
technology can improve the bottom line at 11 a.m. EST. Then John Durso, a
columnist in McKnight's Long-Term Care News, will host "Labor pains:
Unions are on the move - are you?" at 1 p.m. EST.
In addition to these webcasts, visitors at the virtual
trade show can view exhibitors' booths and talk to vendors. Free registration
is still available at http://www.mcknights.com. All expo content will be archived
online for two months after the event.
