The Alignment Group has released an eight-minute DVD entitled “Union Cards, A Risky Business: Stop Before Signing.” The DVD helps operators prevent so-called “quickie” union elections. “We are offering this DVD as a way for organizations to take advantage of the lessons learned from employees who have been pressured to unionize, including insights from a former union organizer,” said Gabrielle Shores, a partner with the firm.
