Correction: HealthMedX created Vision EHR software used by Asbury Communities

An item appearing Oct. 5 Daily Update names the three top transitions category providers in the McKnight's Technology awards program. Maryland-based Asbury Communities received the Silver Award in this category for its use of Vision electronic health records software. In our coverage, we misidentified the company providing this software. In fact, HealthMEDX makes the Vision software. McKnight's regrets the error.
