Companion Care of America has reached an agreement with Presbyterian Homes of Georgia to provide all of its skilled nursing residents with MEDIVista. This marks the first long-term care facility will install this multi-function device. MEDIVista is an entertainment and clinical access system that resides next to each resident’s bed. It provides a host of entertainment options including digital TV, movies, video-on-demand, Internet access, audio books and games. The system also gives clinical staff secure access to Electronic Medical Records systems, patient education software and related healthcare information.
