CMS seeks feedback on Medicare contractors
CMS recently announced
the fourth round of its Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey. The
questionnaire lets randomly-selected providers critique the performance of
Medicare fee-for-service contractors; it takes about 20 minutes to complete.
CMS indicated it would use responses to help improve services for providers.
