Chad Elliot

Chad Elliott is the new Lancaster Pollard managing director of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group. He will oversee efforts in sell-side and buy-side advisory services for seniors housing and care properties.  

He was previously the director of investment banking and capital markets for Recovery Centers for America.  For seven years, he was a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners/Metalmark vice president, where he executed control private equity investments for Metalmark’s first fund ($1.2 billion) and MSCP’s fourth fund ($3.3 billion).

Elliott is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Princeton University and his MBA at Harvard Business School. He will be based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
