Apple Rehab nursing and rehabilitation facility has renovated its Watch Hill facility in Westerly, RI.

Updates include new flooring and paint in residents’ living areas, vinyl tile in the hallways and new floors in the long-term care resident wing rooms. The renovations, which were designed by interior designer Carole Pepe, took about three weeks.

Apple Health Care, which has headquarters in Avon, CT, is a privately held nursing home company. Apple Rehab specifically is a nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers programs such as physical therapy, speech language pathology and occupational therapy.

“We have a new, fresh and updated look,” said Marikate Lynch, an Apple Rehab regional administrator. “We have brightened up the living spaces and given the facility more of a modern, home-like feel.”
