The Affordable Care Act presents providers with many challenges, including some that aren't being well met yet. A McKnight's webcast on Aug. 13 will discuss the fundamentals needed — including strategy, data and technology — that can help your organization stay ahead.

Zach Lahey of Aberdeen's Human Capital Management practice will be the featured speaker and share his firm's latest research on how organizations are gearing up to meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. The free event begins at 1 p.m. Eastern. Michael McGrath, a senior workforce solutions consultant, is the other featured presenter, while McKnight's Editorial Director John O'Connor will moderate the event.

Attendees will learn how to align their ACA strategy with overall talent strategy; cope with complex and changing laws; drive compliance throughout their organization; and better understand the role technology plays in properly managing compliance.
