Action Pact has announced the Piper Assisted Living and Memory Care development in Kansas City, KS.

The $17 million development is co-owned, designed and managed by Action Pact with Clarkson Construction and Par Development. The Piper will consist of six  “households” or three assisted living and three memory support homes.

Action Pact said the project should be completed by May 2015.   The Piper information office will open November 1.

“This new lifestyle option for seniors in the Kansas City area will dispel any preconceived notions about assisted living and memory care,” said Action Pact CEO Steve Shields. “Our household model, the first of its kind in the area, will encourage individuals to live life on their own terms, with the support of resources and staff.”
