Sunrise also closed an ownership change with Health Care REIT. The investment company will now own just under a quarter of Sunrise. The remaining 76% is owned by Revera Inc. Sunrise will continue managing communities under the Sunrise brand.

Winkle told customers Sunrise is “well-positioned to continue to look for opportunities to innovate and grow.”
