Oriol Health Care of Central Massachusetts closed on a $25 million recapitalization and expansion financing for three of its skilled nursing centers. The project financing includes approximately $17 million to fund plans to expand and renovate an existing 100-bed skilled nursing center, as well as to accommodate the merger of an affiliate center representing 43 specialty care beds.
